The Friends of the Gustavsberg Porcelain Museum is a non-profit organisation that works to promote the development of the porcelain museum in various ways. It was founded in 1997 with the aim of saving the museum from relocation and closure. Another goal was to prevent the Gustavsberg Collection from being sold off piecemeal. The association's members have every reason to feel proud of a job well done – the museum is now part of Nationalmuseum and its premises in the old Torkhuset in Gustavsberg have been secured.
The association also helps the museum by organising fundraising efforts, and every year it donates part of the surplus from its membership fees to help cover special needs. Just in time for its reopening, the museum has received museum benches designed by TAF Studio. Thank you! Would you like to help, too? Become a member today. You can also donate an amount of your choosing.
For ‘Friends’ Only
